What;s stopping you from make a combined patch indluding whatever you want?
the qmail-ldap patch is BSD licensed, my patches are BSD licensed, and I'm
sure the other patches authors will happily clarify their licenses
(fortunately Dan hasn'y written a patch yet ;-) ).
