What's the max number of request you have made simultaneously from qmail
to your openldap server?
I'm having some problems to estimate the max number of file descriptors
allowed by process in qmail and openldap.
According to the load handled by my server I estimated 256 files
descriptors is ok to qmail (set executing ulimit -n 256) by I have no clue,
how much is right for openldap, it always hangs up (slapd is consuming up
90% of cpu and the server stop answering queries to ldap)... Do you have
any suggestion?
Aditionally, my qmail version (with Andre Opperman's ldap patch) is a
little old, so I'm not sure if this could be "disturbing" the ldap server,
could it be?

  Thanks for your help,
