By default qmail-ldap on deliveries searches for
(|(mail=emailaddressspecified)(mailalternateaddress=emailaddressspecified))

So if you don't have an index on mailalternateaddress it will be slow when
doing lookups even if you aren't using the mailalternateaddress field
