You need to hack qmail-smtpd to get this behaviour. Until now qmail-lspawn
and qmail-local do the lcoal delivery and this is done much later in the
execution chain.

At first sight it seems OK. The only thing I have seen is that qmail-getpw
does not interact with the LDAP server. qmail-getpw does only the local
passwd check.
