I think i cannot do this hack. :((( i'm not a good C programmer.
But in theory we only need to put qmail-ldaplookup into qmail-smtpd? or we 
need to do something to process local files too?(eg. /var/qmail/alias/*)?

So, only qmail-lspawn look information in LDAP serverm, and qmail-getpw get 
out of draw?
