If you start qmail with ./ you need also to start qmail-pop3d with ./ or it will search at different places. Also it is the best to have a dirmaker script that also creates the Maildir for the user (2 argument to dirmaker) because courier-imap does not create missing main Maildirs. (I normaly use pop3 so I'm not absolutly sure about that). -- :wq Claudio
