qmail-smtpd does not read locals. It does indeed parse rcpthosts. If there
are more than abou 50 entries the use of morercpthosts.cdb is strongly
suggested. Please take care to have a rcpthosts file anyway, put your
hostname in or whatever. if it does not exist you're an Open Relay.
