I am not sure it's qmail or qmail-ldap, maybe you can help me. We have qmail-ldap 1001a with smtp-after-pop-20010801 running for almost 4 months. It handles about 160 domains.
Everything is fine (at least, I think), but recently we got reports that the attached file will lost sometimes. I havn't collect enough data to reproduce the error.
