migrate von openldap v1.x to v2.x

hi,

i intend to upgrade my openldap v1.x
to a recent v2.x

are there any special things regarding qmail-ldap 
which i have to care for when upgrading?
(of cource, i'll recompile qmail-ldap first :-)

are the old schema files compatible?
