I think you're confused about the nature of relay. RCPT TO: is the relevant part of the conversation to relay. MAIL FROM: is irrelevant. Think about it, relay is about who the mail is to, not who from. The conversations you showed were an actual (or simulated) remote delivery to a local user, followed by an unauthorized relay. Nothing about this supports your contention. If the first conversation you showed was disallowed, how do you expect people to deliver mail to you? > Maybe I am just seeing things that aren't there.
