Our intention is to build a mailsystem for ISP use and therefor the base
of the patch should already have most needed features (RBL, quota,
tarpitting, ...) compiled in but disabled.
There are some compile time options to enable some additional stuff
(MAILDIRMAKE, HOMEDIRMAKE, TLS, DEBUG, EXTTODO) that not everyone likes.
Last but not least some features are added as new programs/modules that do
not interfere with stock qmail/qmail-ldap like the pop-before-smtp tools.

If you think there are some other features that should be optional list
them and I will probably add some #ifdefs around the appropriate code.
