Hi, I suppose you are using change_ldap_pass plugin...
I think, you should try to modify change_ldappass_go function inside option.php. e.g. disable the part that try to find out the encryption way.. mostly, it can't..., and make sure it can find the correct basedn or dn for the user inside the code.
