If I use stock qmail (which I did earlier), I loose a lot of features 
(TLS/SSL smtpd logging, antispam etc..) and to have the back I need to 
apply a bunch of patches which might conflict with each other.

Reagrding SSL/TLS, it is customers' request to have such service.
