You may want to read the QLDAPNEWS file and think about upgrading.
There were some bugs in the maildir++.c code that caused these extra
quota warnings. Off the top of my head i can't remember which QLDAP
release fixed things up but the QLDAPNEWS should tell you (search for
"rock solid"). The fix was fairly recent though - probably between
the 0901 release and the current release.

Never encountered this but it could be related to the maildirsize
parsing bugs.
