I can't use smtp unless i leave tcp empty and do a make or enter a
":allow" and do a make.
But then i have a open relay without authentication;
Having just :allow in tcp.smtp doesn't make you an open relay. Having :allow,RELAYCLIENT="" would make you an open relay.
Having just :allow will allow outside senders to send only to domains in rcpthosts. And will allow people to login with SMTP-AUTH to relay to non-rcpthosts domains.

When i put ":deny" in the tcp script and do a make i can't do anything and get also a deny in the smtp log and auth_smtp doesn't work. And yes
Well nothing works because tcpserver is denying all connections as you told it to do.
