mailForwardingAddress will only deliver mail to all the mail addresses
contained in a user's mailForwardingAddress attributes.
However when a user's account contains at least one mailForwardingAddress
attribute, no mail will be delivered to the users local mail box/mail
address (the value specified in the mail attribute). So mailForwarding may
not satisfy Fuller's requirement contained below probably without some
work-around.

I don't know whether this can work:
Just thinking is it possible to have more than one account having the same
mail directory in qmail-ldap, if so it is possible for the accounts sharing
the common mail directory to view the all the emails contained within it?

If it is then a solution would be to create "secondary" mail accounts for
each of the executives, then create an additional mailForwardingAddress
attribute with "secondary" mail account as the value.
In theory this would mean that mail sent to the executive's account would be
forwarded to all the mail addresses (both remote and local) specified in the
the executives mailForwardingAddress attribute(s).
The executives may not need to know of the existence of their "secondary"
mail address as they can in theory access mail in the "shared" mail
directory.

Just try it.
