Qmail-LDAP POP and SMTP connections "terminated"

Hello Everyone,

I am running Qmail-LDAP 20030301 and have a problem. Occasionally email 
clients will get a message while trying to send email that says "Your 
TCP/IP Connection has been terminated". That is the text of the error 
message that they get when using MS Outlook 2000. It has happened with 
other email clients as well.

I just recently upgraded to 20030301 from 20021103 and I have noticed 
that the occurance of this problem has been reduced. Any ideas on why 
this is happening?  I am running RedHat 7.3 with all errata RPM's applied.
