filtermember, QLDAPGROUP

hi,
let's say in my ldap server there are a few entries like this:

created a group email, [EMAIL PROTECTED]

example entries,
cn=Jack,ou=SysAdmin,ou=qmail_users,dc=x,dc=y,dc=com
cn=Joe,ou=SysAdmin,ou=qmail_users,dc=x,dc=y,dc=com
cn=Zack,ou=Sales,ou=qmail_users,dc=x,dc=y,dc=com

i tried to filter using filtermember , but still the ldap server can't find the appropriate entries
so, what do i have to key in (filter) so that only people in the SysAdmin mail will receive the group email?

i am quite new to filters. thanks.
