afaik control/virtualdomains is not used in qmail-ldap only two things are needed for any mail-address address to work:
- domain has to be in control/locals - email-address must be found in LDAP (be it the email field or the alternateEmail field) you therefore just need to add the domain in control/locals. you don't need control/virtualdomains you don't need control/rcpthosts (... as long as you don't get mail on this server which then needs to be forwarded to another of your servers).
