Hi,
I have had problems with softlimit, that I have resolved increasing it.
First question:
Why the system has not log the error?
I use multilog, and I have not found the qq error in the logs file (grep -r
qq /var/log/*/current /var/spool/qmailscan), not there are errors !.
Second Question:
How to, if it is possible, send the log message of qmail-scanner to
multilog?
Thirth Question:
Now I have test the value of softlimit whit the commands:
[root@firewall tmp]# softlimit -a 8000000 /etc/iscan/vscan sh.sh
Ok! no error!
[root@firewall tmp]# softlimit -a 8000000 /etc/iscan/vscan file.tar.gz
GET ERROR!!
[root@firewall tmp]# wc -c sh.sh file.tar.gz
48 sh.sh
3251 file.tar.gz
If I set limit to 9000000 all work fine but:
a) If the file is more than file.tar.gz,
the limit would have to be increased?
b) how much set it?
c) 10000000 is enough ??
