Well vscan 3.1 is pretty new (I think there is only one version that came out since)
Can anyone tell me what the exit code would be different when qmail-scanner runs vscan verses when it us run on the command line?

OK...so the exit code -is- 0 but that's from command line. It seems you're
getting a diff exit code when q-s runs vscan, but in any case, there's no
match for
$DD =~ /\*\*\*\s+Found(.*) in file/
in the output from vscan.
I don't know enough about vscan to tell you if other options might make vscan
spit out the "Found xxxxxxxx in file" - also i can't tell you if the version
of vscan you're running is old or new or...I have no experience with vscan.
