[Qmail-scanner-general]quarantine-attachments.txt/db

Hi - I just upgraded from clamav 60 to 65, and qmail-scanner 1.20rc3 to 
1.20...  However after following the instructions in 
quarantine-attachments.txt, and trying to disallow a few different file 
extensions like this:

.cmd	0	Disallowed by System security policy

(yes, i used tabs)

with this setting, and after logging in as unpriveleged user, and 
running 'qmail-scanner-queue.pl -g' as directed, this file extension is 
still allowed through.  I even tried *.cmd, as well as changing 0 to 1 
(hey, testing is fun, no?) -

any ideas how to get this feature to work?  I can post any other 
information that may be relevant to working this out... ie, 
qmail-queue.log /qmail config etc..
