That ezmlm-return received a message that was not a subscriber bounce
and not a preVERP bounce, i.e. it was list-return-*@host, but '*' was
not "msgnum-subloc=subhost" and not a few other legal ezmlm-return
commands (see man page).

Given that you get a bounce, it's a hard error from qmail-remote.
Looking at the source, they are perm_ and seem to be incorrect argument
count and some MX and hard DNS errors. Most likely, your DNS is screwed
up. I got it on my laptop when misconfigured to it couldn't reach the
DNS server, but I no longer sure about the exact circumstances.
