Moving qmail servers

I am currently switching over to a new server. I want to move all the
mail accounts over to this server and to do this I want to make qmail
stop receiving mail, flush out the queue, and then die. Is it possible
to make qmail stop receiving mail (so that it will bounce back when the
new server is configured) without killing it completely, so that the
queue finishes processing?
