Yes, you set up a virtual domain (with MX record) for the host . See
qmail FAQ.

I'm not sure I understand. If you want to forward the message, put
"&[EMAIL PROTECTED]" into ~/.qmail-888999222 (where "~" is the
owner of the virtual domain).
