Undelivered mail

Hello all,

I have a quick question. I am running qmail on FreeBSD and am using Maildir
for all users. As well, all users log into pop3d to get their mail remotely.
I have noticed that one user has 20 plus messages left in his Maildir/new
folder after he collects his mail. This is the first and only case I have
had of this type.

I would like to know how to make this mail deliverable (so he can pick it
up) and what might be causing this problem.
