Oops, but it is still an open relay -- in a sense.  ORBS does a lot of
different types of tests.  You'll see that the email they tried to
relay was addressed to manawatu.co.nz!orbs-relaytest@[141.233.143.1].

I did in fact successfully relay a message to myself using
"coinet.com!aaron@[141.233.143.1]" in RCPT TO:, so you do have a hole
somewhere.  Perhaps in some sort of UUCP mail processing.. ?
