No, you can't use smtproutes for that. You could use a virtualdomains
entry, if aceindia.com is a virtual domain. E.g.:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:sachin
Then, in ~alias/.qmail-sachin-default:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
