Sorry I mispelled it in the e-mail, but in the system is right, the rule
looks like this:

200.38.239.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""

If I do:

ps auxww | grep qmail it shows:

tcpserver -v -x/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb -u71 -g65534 0 25
rblsmtpd -rrelays.orbs.org /var/qmail/qmail-smtpd

among other processes....
