If I understand you correctly -- and I'm not certain I do -- you want
fetchmail to deliver into a Maildir?
Tell fetchmail to deliver to procmail, which can easily deliver to a
Maildir.
Example:
mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T"
and in .procmailrc
:0
~/Maildir/
-dsr-
