(root@purgatory):(~)# locate maildirmake | grep bin
/var/qmail/bin/maildirmake
(root@purgatory):(~)# echo $PATH | grep qmail
(root@purgatory):(~)#
On top of that, Un*x commands are case sensitive, so Maildirmake will
never work.
