Virtual Domain Quota

Hello,

I 've installed Qmail 1.03 on FreeBSD 4.2. I install Vpopmail for virtual
domain.
But, How to make user quota in virtual domain, because I try to use
vsetuserquota in Vpopmail and cannot blok the user space.
Can any one explain to me
