Bruce Guenter's relay-ctrl works as both an SMTP-after-POP3 solution (with
qmail-smtpd) and an SMTP-after-IMAP solution (with Courier IMAP).  You're
covered.

Just that relay-ctrl already works with Courier IMAP.
