QMAIL-INJECT

Hi 

I am VERY new to Qmail and have set it up under Linux on OS/390.  I was able
to send messages locally using the following command

echo to: xxxx | /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject

however something seems to have gone wrong, and I now get the following
error

/var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject: to:: command not found

I really have no idea what I am doing wrong - can someone please point me in
the right direction.
