html code for the mailing list creation

Is anybody here fluent in html and tables?

The mailing list creation page takes 18 seconds
to render in my browswer. I think it's because
there are so many tables in there.

It would be really cool if someone could take
a look at the html template file and rebuild
it so it's faster
