Looks like you allowed for this a while ago:

0.26h
Mar 30  - allow alias, forwards and autoresponders with same name as pop
user

Also, I just confirmed that the 0.45 version (before any of the new vacation
and catchall stuff) also allows you to add an alias with the same name as a
pop user.

check_local_user() only checks to see if .qmail-<user> exists, rather than
seeing if it's actually a pop account.  Maybe we should have it also check
for the existence of a pop user?
