I didn't modified anything in the vqadmin-directory, but I did however added 
a few lines (which is now removed) to the httpd.conf file and restarted the 
apache-server.
I checked that the .htaccess-file was correct, but the <Directory>-tag the 
INSTALL-file mention was never there in the first place, when this thing was 
still working... :/


This is a case for Mulder and Scully....
