Long story short, no.
Long story truncated, no because the prefix is defined in a single file in the mailing list directory. There is no provision for looking at an e-mail address and determining what prefix that e-mail address who get, and there shouldn't be.
If you users are complaining, remove the prefix or tell them to explore their MUA.

A thing that many of my users have been asking about is the ability to be able to choose their own subject prefix for mail lists.
