Is the problem still present with qmailadmin 1.0.15 and vpopmail 5.3.19? (download at http://www.inter7.com/develop.html)

One step forward and one step back. See my previous message about what made it work with my old qmailadmin/vpopmail.
But then, I had to tempt fate:
I installed vpopmail 5.3.19 and qmailadmin 1.0.15. I also recompiled vqadmin 2.3.5 just to be safe.
After upgrading the problem is back. But this time NONE of the postmaster accounts have a working qmailadmin menu. That is, now both the new domain and old domains have the same problem with no menu.
Since it was easy, I deleted the newest domain. Then I added it back with vadddomain. postmaster is the only account and the qmailadmin menu only has Refresh and Log Out. Just to be clear, the qmailadmin main page looks right, it just doesn't have any menu items except those two.
There is no .qmailadmin-limits file at all now. Is that the problem?
To answer that question myself I added the following file, but it didn't make any difference. Still no postmaster menu. Regular users have a working qmailadmin menu.
maxpopaccounts: 10 maxaliases: 10 maxforwards: 10 maxautoresponders: 10 maxmailinglists: 10 default_quota: 50000000 disable_dialup
What should I do now?
