I installed vpopmail 5.3.19 and qmailadmin 1.0.15. I also recompiled vqadmin 2.3.5 just to be safe.
After upgrading the problem is back. But this time NONE of the postmaster accounts have a working qmailadmin menu. That is, now both the new domain and old domains have the same problem with no menu.
I'm kind of out of my league at this point, and Brian Kolaci <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> is probably the best person to ask, since (I think) he's responsible for the new .qmailadmin-limits file, and the code that parses it.
I am successfully using qmailadmin 1.0.15 and vpopmail 5.3.19 on my server, and haven't seen the problem you describe. I'm using cdb files instead of MySQL (or any other database) as a backend, if that matters.
