you made the following statement:
- And if it weren't for DJB's stubbornness, its usage might actually
- be growing instead of steadily declining.
either support the statement with evidence, or withdraw the claim. simple.
again, i'm not particularly trying to badger you. but the fact is, you are speculating that usage of qmail is declining. you have a hunch. you have a gut feeling. you think so. you believe so.
that's dandy. but it's not proof.
and again, since i've made NO claim either way - reread the thread - nowhere have i said "usage of qmail is increasing" or "usage of qmail is declining" - , there's nothing for me to support, or to provide evidence for. you made the claim. back it up, or withdraw it.
anyway, this doesn't have fuckall to do with qmailadmin, so my contribution to the thread ends here. hopefully there will be at least one more response in the thread - that of the claim being withdrawn, or evidence being offered to prove it.

My PHB knew DOS and Windows forwards and backwards, including disassembling
the OS for fun. He eventually got shafted by MS stupidity and swore he
would never develop for Windows again. Windows is now a little less
unreliable than it used to be. Qmail is way hehind Exchange. People
