i set the domain limit to 10 mb and i can mail 15 mb to that domain? what do i wrong?
You didn't do anything wrong. It's just that domain limits are broken in the current version of vpopmail.
I'm not sure when they actually worked, and when they stopped working, but I know for sure that they haven't worked since 5.4.0.
