[qmailadmin] Aliases and Forwards

I need to separate limits for aliases and forwards for billing purpose, i 
wrote a patch to qmailadmin 1.2.3 but i don't know if it would be useful 
for other people. It should be tested and maybe read from a main coder to 
check if everything is ok. If you're interested i can send it in mailing list.
