Hey Tom;

Thanks for the input and the info. I did find a 1.0.9 version.. but I'm not really wanting to go back that far for the reasons you outlined.

What my customer wants to do is create a mailing list that is:

1. Moderated.
2. Only subscribers can post to - and subscriber posts have to be approved by moderators.
3. Any post made by a non subscriber is ignored.

The reason for this is that the list gets a lot of spam sent to it and the the moderators are inundated with moderation requests for a lot of spam. Being able to limit it to subscribers only would help.

The last option down on the list would *seem* to do this, but it allows anyone to post to the list - but all posted messages are sent to the moderator.

I've tried working with the m, u and o options... even created an "muO" option, but it doesn't seem to work.

I'd be open to suggestions.

If I'm remembering correctly, QmailAdmin 1.0.12 was the first version with the new screen (and was my first big contribution to QmailAdmin).

Keep in mind that the current, simplified version is much easier to understand, and prevents illegal configurations.  I seem to remember that the old version had some errors in it as well.

I think you will have a hard time compiling the current QmailAdmin code with the old template.  In addition to changing the HTML, I made many changes to mailinglist.c.

And, I wouldn't advise using an older build of QmailAdmin for that customer, as the pre-1.2 versions had security problems and other bugs (you'll have to read through the ChangeLog for details).
