First of all that's vpopmail you're talking about not qmailadmin...

Second you must use the instructions mentioned in the qmail toaster by
Bill Shupp (see www.shupp.org/toaster).

I tried myself the qmailrocks way but i do not recommend it anymore since
IMO those instructions do not produce a working qmail toaster.

Getting back to your problem now...

It seems that the configure script was not able to find the mysql header
files it needs to use in order to compile successfully.

You can try to install the mysql-devel package or whatever it is called in
your distribution and try again.

If you allready have the mysql-devel package check to see if it is
installed where the configure script expects it to be.
You can "hack" the conf-* files after you issue your configure command and
before make command and adjust to the correct path of your mysql header
files. Look for the mysql.h file to locate the path of the mysql header
files.
