You can see the logs of what emails were sent in
/var/log/qmail/send/current but it will only show who the email was
from, and who it was to. If you're looking to be able to read emails
that were sent, you'll probably need to use something like qmail-tap to
create a copy of all emails in a separate location. You'll be able to
snoop that way.
