Maybe more details might help. Is the attachment a ZIP file? What is the current envelope limit of your outgoing mail?
 
If it indeed is a ZIP file, you will need to comment out the MyDoom section of your badmimetypes file, which should be located in /var/qmail/control

I am facing the error when I try to send a mail with attachment. The attachment size is almost 5 Meg
