EVERYONE should use SPF.
Forwarding mail through yahoo does not negate the benefits. My own
email forwards through centurytel (my isp).
My SPF record is "v=spf1 a include:centurytel.net ~all". Pretty simple
and effective. My /var/qmail/control/spfbehavior value is set to 4.
Keeps the fraud down.
