I don't think there is scoring for AWL like scoring for a manual whitelist.
From spamassassin website:

"The AWL is actually a very simple system. In short, the AWL is a score
averaging system. It keeps track of the historical average of a sender, and
pushes any subsequent mail towards that average."

From reading this site
http://www.sns.ias.edu/~jns/wp/2006/03/08/the-problem-with-spamassassins-autowhitelist-feature/I
decided I would disable AWL in my server as well.

I'm no expert with this, but I would think that the following rule should
have assigned a negative value:

* 4.2 AWL AWL: From: address is in the auto white-list

In spamassassin-toaster-3.1.7-1.3.6, I see the rule for AWL in
/usr/share/spamassassin/60_awl.cf, but I don't see any scoring in the
50_scores.cf file.

What do you see for scoring of AWL in the new version?
