[qmailtoaster] QMT-ISO 1.2.1

I've just released QMT-ISO-1.2.1, which is a minor bug fix from 1.2. Those users who used the advanced installation previously were not getting bind installed (sorry Jack and Helmut), which has been corrected. I'll try and release a 1.3 version this month which will include a few new features and all the updates to bring it up to Cent 4.5
